Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please use our Return Portal.
Please provide your order number, first and last name, email address, and reason for the return. This helps us process your request as quickly as possible.
Once we receive your return request, we will review it and contact you with further instructions.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
